I strive to help clients discover the underlying reasons for current struggles, to allow for a deeper level of healing, growth, sustained recovery and happiness. I will explain mental health issues during counseling so that they are understandable and offer a new perspective.

My job as your therapist (counselor) is to help you tap into your wealth of undiscovered knowledge, and I will assist you in learning to actively use this new knowledge in your life outside of the counseling office.
